The in-house processing of our manufactured expanded metal sheets is a key component of our success. What began years ago with a simple cut on a guillotine shear now finds its final application in complex, ready-to-assemble components.

Thanks to our modern machinery, we can cut the expanded metal sheets using laser or waterjet technology within a 3x6 meter area. Bending up to 4 meters is possible on various machines for both expanded metal sheets and solid sheet metal.

In our certified welding department, we manufacture components for various applications. We accomplish this at several manual workstations and, if required, with a welding robot.

We offer additional services in the area of facade design. You can obtain the appropriate substructure for components from us. We offer structural calculations in cooperation with a long-standing partner.

Finally, the components are finished according to your specifications. We have various partners for powder coating, wet painting, and anodizing. We also supply hot-dip galvanized components from a single source.
